The property was surveyed when we bought it several years ago.With a metal detector,I'm sure the pins could be found.
Electric and water run along front of property by 127,about .75 mile road frontage.There used to be an old road that ran thru the property and over the hill to a house on Turkey Creek,when the lake comes back up it will be covered again.Not sure about the mineral rights,but there are several old oil wells on the property.

The plat is in our safe deposit box..I can't get to it today,but can get it tomorrow
